COLORFUL.Based in San Francisco, Aftab Hafeez is a highly versatile composer, music producer, sound engineer, and sound designer who has programmed, recorded, mixed, and mastered all-original instrumentals since 2002. From Colombian and Pakistani roots, he traverses genres (including Orchestral, Rap, Pop, Electronic, Latin) with a unique voice and message, aiming to move you and give voice to courageous stories. His solid rhythms and memorable melodies have gained recognition, enhancing award-winning films, animations, VR, and video games.
Collaborating with GRAMMY-nominated artists, his electronic/rap productions have opened for major acts, such as Tech N9ne and Smoove-E, with other works including his recent soundtracks for the short films “Redemption” (2020) and “I Don't Want to Sleep Alone” (2018). He also values communicating and understanding others' perspectives through Mandarin, Spanish, French, English, and Korean. |
